Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us at Stratton Amsterdam. We want you to love your Stratton Cap, but if you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition.

It must be returned in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
Please contact us at hello@stratton.amsterdam with your order number and reason for return before sending any item back.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong item or a defective product).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

A refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at hello@stratton.amsterdam.
